Scoopty for the Hoopty

Tad the Champ, of Portland, has taken his long messengering experience and is now putting it into cargo racks. He calls them TCB Racks.
This sweat little number attaches to the fork dropout mounts, and up top directly to the brake bosses.
Constructed of tubular stainless steel, it is robust and attractive. It could be, as in this case, the best looking part of your bike.
Boasting well over a 100lb weight limit, I plan to use this rack primarily for dates.
